"The toilet seat was broken. The person who checked us in didn't give us a voucher for breakfast. If the morning clerk hadn't asked us if we got one when we asked about breakfast we wouldn't have known there was a voucher. We were given another bill under our door even though I had showed the prepaid bill to the person who checked us in. The morning people were able to straighten it out after a short time. The breakfast was good. The shuttle service excellent."
