"We arrived and the computer was down for checking in. It was hand written on a blank piece of paper for our check in and I was a bit concerned about my credit card number being exposed on paper and may not be discarded correctly. In leaving the next day I informed the front desk of the problem with the wet carpet. And the person behind the counter forgot my receipt for the night. So, I hope I was not charged for more than one night. The room was fine until we had already began to relax after unpacking that we discovered the carpet around the air conditioner was soaked approximately 2 feet around it. I did not realize this till I went to the window in my sock feet to close the curtain that my socks became soaked quickly. We were too tired to pick everything up again to relocate to another room deciding that it was just one night and we would live thru it till morning. Breakfast was a bit weak and I made my own coffee in the lobby. No one was at the front desk."
